We do not collect card numbers, bank details or any payment information on this website. There is no payment form here.
Purpose and retention
Your details are used to answer the enquiry and follow it up, nothing else. We keep enquiry records for 24 months, then delete them. Personal data is never sold or passed to data brokers.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, when you give them so that we can answer.
- The content of your enquiry, so the answer fits it.
- Ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested — kept for security.
Cookies and tracking
Nothing beyond what the page needs to display is stored in your browser. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies set by our pages.
